Founder & Principal

Blueprint Advisory was founded by Sarah Hoffman, a senior executive with more than 20 years of international leadership experience across complex industrial, mining, and high-technology environments.

Her work has focused on strengthening enterprise performance through strategic clarity, organizational alignment, operational effectiveness, and execution across large-scale, asset-intensive businesses.

Over time, a consistent pattern emerged: many organizations were not struggling from lack of ambition or capability, but from complexity, unclear ownership, and the growing gap between strategic intent and operational reality.

Blueprint Advisory was created to work more directly and selectively in these environments — helping senior leaders bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex business situations.

Sarah has led global transformation, commercial, and performance improvement initiatives across mining, industrial technology, automotive, and defense sectors, operating within complex multi-site and international environments where clarity, accountability, and execution discipline are critical.
